Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Shortening
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
2 c Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 c Blended Oatmeal
1/2 t Salt
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
2 oz Mini Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
Cream butter, shortening, and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 375 for 6 minutes.
