Brian's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 c Shortening
2 c Brown Sugar
2 Eggs - beaten
3/4 t Salt
2 t Vanilla
2 t Baking Soda - Dissolved in 2 T Hot Water
1 t Baking Powder
3 c Flour
1/2 bag Chocolate Chips

Add everything but flour and chocolate chips. Mix until nice and creamy. Add flour. Fold in chocolate chips - DO NOT over mix.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
