Breakfast Cake


Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Milk
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/4 Shortening
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Streusel Topping:

1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c Chopped nuts
2 T Butter - melted


Mix all the cake ingredients together.  Beat for 30 seconds.  Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9x9 baking dish.  
Pour 1/2 of the streusel topping on top.  Top with remaining batter, then remaining topping.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
