Whole Wheat Pancakes





Ingredients:

1 3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 c Milk (Buttermilk if desired)
3 T Oil
Walnuts - chopped (Optional)

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet mixture all at once to the dry mixture. Stir just until moist. Cook on skillet and enjoy. :)
