Salsa Chicken

6-8 boneless chicken chicken breasts (mine are typically frozen, but they can be thawed)
1 jar (16 oz) of your favorite salsa – try something with some zip and zing!
Place your chicken in the crock pot. Dump the entire jar of salsa on top of the chicken. Let it cook on low for 6-8 hours or so.
Shred the chicken and eat it with:
corn tortillas
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
black beans
pico de gallo
guacamole (of course!)
Perfecto!
